Create a contract

Invite a signer
Send a link via any messenger or show a QR code. The other party opens the document right on their smartphone — no registration required.
The link is valid for 3 hours. The QR code is ideal for signing during an in-person meeting.
Verification via Telegram or email
Each party confirms their identity by phone number via Telegram, or by verifying an email address. A SHA-256 hash of the phone number is embedded in the document (the email address is embedded as an identifier), becoming an immutable part of the signature.
Phone verification takes about 10 seconds. Your number is processed only to confirm that you control it at the moment of signing; only its SHA-256 hash is embedded in the contract. Email is an additional identification option.
Signature in Secure Enclave
Upon signing, your device generates an ECDSA P-256 cryptographic signature in the hardware Secure Enclave module. The key never leaves the device.
The same level of security as Apple Pay. It is technically impossible to forge or extract the key.
RFC 3161 Timestamp
The moment of signing is recorded by an atomic clock via a TSA server according to the RFC 3161 standard. It's impossible to backdate the document.
TSA:zeitstempel.dfn.de is an accredited provider. The timestamp is part of the signature and is verified automatically.
Ready PDF with PAdES-LTV
Both parties instantly receive a secure contract with built-in digital signatures and a certified RFC 3161 timestamp. The document fully complies with the requirements of the EU eIDAS regulation (Art. 26) for advanced electronic signatures.
Long-Term Validation (LTV) technology integrates proofs of authenticity right into the file. This ensures autonomous integrity verification and legal validity of the document indefinitely, even after key certificates expire.
