From install to a signed agreement — six simple steps
ECDSA P-256 signature
Each signature is generated by a hardware key in the device's Secure Enclave. It is impossible to forge or extract the key from the device.
Verification via Telegram or email
Both parties link a real phone number via Telegram or link an email address via a confirmation code. The SHA-256 hash of the phone number or email is permanently recorded in the document.
TSA timestamp
The signing time is synchronized with atomic clocks via TSA:zeitstempel.dfn.de according to the RFC 3161 standard. Backdating is impossible.
Online and offline modes
Sign via a link or a nearby QR code. Works without internet — data synchronizes upon the next connection.
Photo evidence
Attach photos of the property or goods directly to the contract. The SHA-256 hash of each image is embedded in the signature and cannot be replaced.
LTV · PAdES-T
Long-term validation under the PAdES-T standard keeps the signature cryptographically verifiable indefinitely, even after certificates expire.

Pakto provides an advanced electronic signature (AES) under the eIDAS Regulation (Art. 26) and Art. 17-1 of Law of Ukraine No. 2155-VIII. The legal force of agreements is based on the consent of the parties under Art. 207(3) of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
